What you get
15% of the order value, excluding shipping and tax, paid monthly.
Here is the honest size of that. A typical order is around $90, so a referral puts about $12 in your pocket. It will not replace an income and we are not going to dress it up as one. What it is: something back for a recommendation you were already making for free.
If you are a health practitioner
Some of the people who recommend Soma Sleep are naturopaths, nutritionists and therapists who bought the lighting for themselves first and now mention it to clients. Two things work differently for you.
We check you first
Naturopathy and nutrition are not AHPRA registered professions, so the state health complaints registers are the only public record. We search the register for your state, and AHPRA where it applies, before any code is created. It takes a day or two. A recommendation carries your name next to ours, so we would rather know.
You can take the no-commission option
If you work in a profession where holding a financial interest in something you recommend is a problem, PACFA registered therapists for example, we do not pay you commission at all. Your clients get 15% off instead of 10%. The recommendation stays clean and your client gets the better end of it.

What this is not
This is not an influencer program. There is no media kit, no gifting campaign, and nobody is going to ask how many followers you have.
It works best if you have lived with the products in your own house for long enough to know whether they did anything. If you have not, buy one first. Then decide whether it is worth telling anyone about.
Common questions
Do I need an audience or a following to join the Soma Sleep referral program?
No. Most people in this program have a few friends and family members who sleep badly. That is the whole idea.
Do I have to buy something first?
There is no rule that says you must. But we would rather you had. Recommending sleep lighting you have never used is a bad look for you, and it does not work anyway.
Does the referral discount code expire or need a minimum spend?
No. It is 10% off everything, with no minimum order value, no expiry date, and no limit on how many times it can be used.
When do I get paid my referral commission?
Monthly. You set your payment details in the affiliate dashboard after you sign up. Commission is calculated on the order value after the discount, excluding shipping and tax.
How long does approval take?
A day or two for most people. Longer if you are a health practitioner, because Soma Sleep checks the state health complaints register before creating a code.
